Pilote ATLAS, fully equipped narrow motorhomes
To celebrate its 60th anniversary, Pilote has reconnected with its origins and a historic partner. In the 1980s, Pilote built a solid relationship with Ford and became number 1 in Europe with its R360. In 2024, Pilote introduced ATLAS, compact vehicles with an adventurous look, based on a Ford Transit chassis.
The origins
In 1976, following a trip to the United States, the founder of the Pilote brand, André Padiou, became involved in the production of motorhomes, convinced of the future of this new type of holiday. 2 years later, the famous R360 nacelle bore the 4 letters of the legendary American brand on its radiator grille: Ford.
The new A690G Pilote
The Pilote A690G motorhome, a real adventurer’s vehicle designed for adventurers at heart, promises thrilling escapades. At 7 metres long and 2.20 metres wide, it offers generous space for adventures with friends or family.
